The input and output of the adapter card is a dynamically loadable module. The adapter card input and output module (task) interrupts the hardware timing at a cycle of 100 μ s to complete the output of position control instructions and I/O for each axis, feedback values for each axis position, and input for I/O. The output value of the adapter card comes from the position servo task and PLC control task, and the input value comes from the input interface of the adapter card. The PLC control module (task) is also a dynamically loadable module, which periodically reads control information (such as M instructions, S instructions, and T instructions) from the RT-FIFO it communicates with the main control module at a soft timer of 5ms. At the same time, it reads I/O information from the shared memory it communicates with the adapter card input/output module, performs logical processing, and finally writes the results to the shared memory for the adapter card input/output module to read and output.
