10 thermocouples with K and S graduation numbers.
2) Temperature control section
Among the 18 o’clock temperatures, 8 o’clock (to be specified during design) is used for temperature control.
Among these 8 temperature control points, 7 are used to control the valve position value of the actuator, change the fuel injection amount, and stabilize the temperature. Another point is to control the output frequency of the quenching frequency converter, change the operating speed of the quenching fan, and adjust the temperature of the quenching zone. Other factors are manually adjusted (such as combustion air, gas pressure, etc.).
Each temperature control point occupies one analog output, while the quenching frequency converter occupies one analog output
Output, actuator adopts open positioning method.

a、 Smoke exhaust fan control
The smoke exhaust fan has one in use and one backup, and the two are logically interlocked. The electrical control adopts two independent sets of star delta control, each set occupying three switch output points (main, star, triangle) and three switch input points (start, stop, fault). Therefore, the smoke exhaust fan control occupies:
6-point switch input: (start, stop, fault) * 2.

b、 Combustion fan control
The combustion fan has one in use and one backup, and the two are logically interlocked. The electrical control adopts two independent sets of star delta control, each set occupying three switch output points (main, star, triangle) and three switch input points (start, stop, fault). c、 Emergency cooling fan control
The speed of the emergency cooling fan is adjusted by the frequency converter, and the output frequency of the frequency converter is controlled by the internal PID operation of the PLC to output a 4-20mA standard signal. At the same time, manual automatic switching can also be implemented for control on the human-machine interface. Therefore, the emergency cooling fan occupies:
5-point switch input: Quenching A start, Quenching B start, Quenching stop, Quenching A fault, Quenching B fault
2-point switch output: (operation control) * 2.
